I have followed these rules in the past, but often forget to repeat for life. I get fit and to a healthy weight, only to have some event in life derail my good habits. After some time has passed, I push myself to start all over again with better habits. I plan on keeping the repeat aspect of this going continuously in perpetuity.

5 Life Rules
They're very clear-cut and concise. Not as easy to implement. I do know it's easier to love your body if you follow the first four rules. I feel physically and emotionally better when I have been good to my body. Those good feelings make it much easier to love my body.
